Phase 1 of the Tasmanian Forestry Hub Workforce Project is complete. It identified the need to better understand the changing nature of our workforce, and to connect more strongly with service providers and regional solutions.

We’re now underway with Phase 2, focused on co-designing practical recruitment and onboarding tools, aligning workforce needs regionally, and supporting employers to share knowledge and strengthen collaboration.
