Strategic Plan

During 2024, the Tasmania Forestry Hub developed a Strategic Plan that is focused on connection, collaboration and conversations between industry representatives, governments, communities and stakeholders. It was important to understand the different perspectives on the future industry and the different role the Hub could play.

This Strategic Plan is a dynamic document. A document that will evolve through regular reviews. A document that reflects our collective aspirations and what we want to achieve in the Tasmanian forest industry.
