The Tasmania Forestry Hub is progressing several key projects as we head into the new year. Our Strengthening the Chain project has now commenced, with industry insights set to shape a clearer understanding of challenges and opportunities across the value chain. The Workforce Project continues to advance, with recent workshops and employer interviews guiding the development of practical tools and a Shared Learning Space for early 2026. The Carbon Project is moving into analysis after a substantial round of interviews, and a workshop will be held next year to discuss emerging findings. The FWPA Economic Contribution Study has also begun, with engagement and data collection scheduled for early 2026.
