A Year in Review
As we start a new financial year, we’ve taken time to reflect on what we’ve achieved together. Our latest update offers a snapshot of the Hub’s 2024–25 activity — from completed and ongoing projects to how we’ve lived our values of collaboration, responsiveness and inclusion.

With funding confirmed through to mid-2027, we’re focused on delivering work that’s practical, timely and makes a lasting difference. And while our planned Insight to Impact event has been postponed, we’re looking forward to sharing more outcomes in early 2026, when the time is right.
